• In case of incomplete or incorrect address (e.g. missing street number), any costs for reshipping will be charged to the customer.

4. Return and Exchange Policy
You have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with European e-commerce regulations.
Conditions:
• The product must be intact, unused, in the original packaging and with tags attached.
• Returns are not accepted if the tag has been removed.
• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
• It is not possible to modify the order after purchase confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund does not include the initial shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
